What this document is
This page explains what information Ajwa Careers collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This is a demonstration build. The policy text below describes the intended production behaviour and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the platform handles real personal data.
Information we collect
From candidates: name, email address, mobile number, professional headline, work history, education, skills, salary expectations, notice period, preferred work locations and any resume you upload.
From employers: your name, work email, mobile number, designation, and your company's public details including name, industry, size, headquarters and website.
Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service working and to understand which listings people find useful.
How we use it
To show your profile and resume to employers whose jobs you apply to. Applying is the only action that shares your full profile with an employer.
To match you with relevant openings, send application status updates, and improve search and ranking.
To verify employers before their listings go live, and to investigate reports of misuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your contact details with employers you have not applied to.
We do not publish your salary expectations or current employer publicly.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any part of your profile at any time from your candidate dashboard.
You can withdraw an application, which removes it from the employer's pipeline.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
Data retention and security
Profiles are retained while your account is active. Application records are retained for the period required to resolve hiring disputes and then removed.
Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it for support, verification or moderation.
Demo build disclosure
In this demonstration version there is no server and no database. All data you enter — including any resume filename — is stored only in your own browser's local storage and never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.
