By creating an account or using Ajwa Careers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
This is a demonstration build. These terms describe the intended production agreement and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the platform is used commercially.
Using the platform as a candidate
Your profile must describe you accurately. Misrepresenting your experience, qualifications or identity is grounds for account suspension.
Searching, saving and applying to jobs is free. We will never ask you to pay to apply, and you should report anyone on the platform who does.
Using the platform as an employer
You may only post roles you are genuinely hiring for, at a company you are authorised to represent.
Every posting must state an honest annual salary range and experience requirement, unless you explicitly mark the range as undisclosed.
You may not use candidate contact details for anything other than the role they applied to. Bulk marketing to applicants is prohibited.
Postings that discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, marital status or disability will be removed and the account suspended.
Moderation
We review postings before publication and may reject any listing that is incomplete, misleading, duplicated or misclassified.
We may suspend or remove any account that abuses the platform, and we do not owe a refund for content removed under this clause.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview or an offer, or that an employer will receive suitable applicants.
Employers are independent third parties. We verify their identity but we are not party to your employment relationship and are not responsible for hiring decisions, offers or working conditions.
We make no ranking or search-visibility guarantees for any listing on any external search engine.
Intellectual property
The Ajwa Careers name, design, interface and source code belong to us. You may not copy, resell or republish the platform or substantial portions of its content.
You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us the licence needed to display it on the platform for its intended purpose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
