Customer Support Associate — Voice (Night Shift)

You will handle inbound voice support for a travel client, working US hours. Orbit publishes its quality rubric, gives every agent a weekly coaching hour, and promotes internally — the current floor has 31 team leads who started as agents.

• Resolve customer queries on first contact wherever possible
• Maintain quality scores against the published rubric
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
• Escalate correctly and follow through until closure

• Excellent spoken English — this is an international voice process
• 0-3 years experience; freshers with strong communication are welcome
• Comfortable with night shifts (two-way cab provided)
• Graduate or diploma holder
