Technical Support Engineer — L2

You will pick up what L1 cannot solve: performance issues, failed deployments, networking and access problems. You will have access to logs, metrics and, where needed, the engineers who built the system.

• Investigate and resolve escalated infrastructure and application issues
• Write runbooks so the same issue does not escalate twice
• Work a rotational shift covering EMEA and US mornings
• Feed recurring problems back to engineering with evidence

• 2+ years in technical support, NOC or systems administration
• Strong Linux fundamentals and practical networking knowledge
• Comfortable with at least one cloud platform and basic scripting
