Supply Chain Planner — Demand Planning

Harbour Foods is building an in-house planning capability. You will produce the statistical baseline, work with sales on the consensus plan, and track forecast accuracy honestly — including when your own number was wrong.

• Produce monthly statistical forecasts and the consensus demand plan
• Run the S&OP cycle with sales, production and finance
• Track forecast accuracy and bias; drive improvement actions
• Flag ageing and near-expiry inventory before it becomes a write-off

• 2+ years in demand planning or supply-chain analytics
• Strong Excel and statistical forecasting fundamentals
• FMCG or cold-chain exposure preferred
