Warehouse Operations Manager

You will own throughput, cost per shipment, inventory accuracy and safety for one sort centre. TerraFleet runs a daily performance review at 9am; you will be the person presenting your numbers.

• Own daily throughput, dock-to-stock time and cost per shipment
• Plan manpower across three shifts including peak and festival surges
• Drive inventory accuracy above 99.5% through cycle counting discipline
• Enforce safety standards and close every incident with a corrective action

• 4+ years in warehouse or sort-centre operations with P&L-adjacent ownership
• Hands-on with a WMS and comfortable reading operational dashboards
• Lean or Six Sigma exposure preferred
• Willing to work rotational shifts
