Android Engineer — Kotlin

You will work on the consumer Android app end to end, with direct access to conversion and performance data. Shipping is fortnightly and the team owns crash-free rate and cold start as headline metrics.

• Build features in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose
• Own app performance — cold start, frame drops, crash-free sessions
• Run A/B experiments on commerce flows and read the results honestly

• 3+ years of production Android development in Kotlin
• Experience with Compose and modern architecture patterns
• Consumer app experience with real scale preferred
