Finance Manager — Controllership

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will run the month-end close calendar, prepare Ind AS financials and manage statutory and internal audit. The close calendar is published a quarter ahead and hit consistently — this is a well-run function, not firefighting.

• Run the monthly, quarterly and annual close to a published calendar
• Prepare Ind AS financial statements and related disclosures
• Manage statutory, internal and RBI-related audits end to end
• Strengthen controls and document process changes

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Ind AS expertise; NBFC or banking experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on with SAP or a comparable ERP
• Managed a team of at least three
