Performance Marketing Manager

You will run acquisition for a D2C brand with a real repeat-purchase motion. The role sits between the growth lead and the creative team — you decide where money goes, brief the creative, and defend the numbers in a weekly cohort review.

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google and marketplace platforms
• Hold a blended ROAS target while growing new-customer volume
• Brief and test creative systematically — we run structured creative experiments
• Own attribution hygiene and reconcile platform numbers against actual orders

• 3+ years managing paid budgets of ₹50L+ annually
• Deep hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not agency oversight only
• Strong analytics: cohort, LTV, CAC payback
• D2C or e-commerce background strongly preferred
