Enterprise Sales Manager — BFSI

You will own new logo acquisition for the BFSI vertical in West India. Deal cycles run six to eleven months and involve CIO, CISO and procurement. You will be supported by a pre-sales architect and an inside-sales researcher.

• Build and maintain a 4x pipeline against an ₹18 crore annual quota
• Run multi-stakeholder pursuits from qualification to contract signature
• Work with pre-sales on solution design, commercials and RFP responses
• Maintain accurate forecast hygiene in Salesforce — weekly commit calls

• 6+ years of enterprise IT services or software sales, ideally into BFSI
• A verifiable record of closing ₹3 crore+ deals
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
• Existing CIO-level relationships in Mumbai BFSI are a major plus
