Inside Sales Executive

Kadamb runs outcome-linked skilling programmes. You will speak with prospective learners who have already shown interest, understand their goals, and recommend the right programme. This is consultative selling, not pressure selling — refund rates are tracked and count against your incentive.

• Handle 60-80 inbound and follow-up calls a day from the CRM queue
• Understand learner goals and map them honestly to programmes
• Meet monthly enrolment targets with a quality (non-refund) threshold
• Keep call notes and pipeline stages accurate in the CRM

• 0-3 years in inside sales, telesales or counselling
• Fluent in Hindi and conversational English
• Comfortable with targets and daily call metrics
• Graduate in any discipline
