Store Manager — Electronics Retail

You are accountable for everything that happens inside your store: revenue, margin, stock accuracy, staff productivity and customer experience. Saffron runs a published daily rhythm — morning huddle, midday target check, closing reconciliation — and store managers are promoted into cluster roles on performance.

• Deliver monthly revenue, margin and attachment targets by category
• Lead, roster and coach a team of 22 across sales, cashier and backend
• Own stock accuracy, ageing and shrinkage; run weekly cycle counts
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotion compliance on every plan-o-gram
• Resolve customer escalations within the published service window

• 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year managing a team
• Electronics, appliances or mobility category experience preferred
• Comfortable with POS and inventory systems and daily reporting
• Graduate; willing to work on weekends and festival peaks
