Medical Coder — IP DRG

You will code inpatient charts, maintain accuracy above the client threshold and participate in monthly audit calibration. Lumen sponsors AAPC/AHIMA certification renewals and the next credential.

• Assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes for inpatient records accurately
• Maintain coding accuracy above 95% on audit samples
• Participate in calibration sessions and document rationale

• CPC, CCS or equivalent certification (active)
• 2+ years of IP DRG coding experience
• Strong anatomy, physiology and medical terminology knowledge
