Data Analyst — Retail Operations

Saffron Retail runs 180 stores and the head-office analytics team is the nervous system for category and store decisions. You will build and maintain the daily sales pulse, stock ageing and dead-stock reports, and work directly with category managers on markdown and replenishment calls.

• Publish daily FTD/MTD sales dashboards by store, category and brand
• Maintain stock-ageing buckets and flag dead stock beyond 90 days
• Support category managers with margin, sell-through and GMROI analysis
• Automate recurring reports so the team stops rebuilding them by hand

• 1+ year in analytics with strong SQL and advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of a BI tool — Power BI, Tableau or Zoho Analytics
• Retail, e-commerce or FMCG exposure preferred
• Ability to present findings to non-technical store teams
