Machine Learning Engineer — Forecasting

You will own model development and, equally, model operations. Veda ships every model with a monitoring dashboard, a drift review cadence and a documented fallback. Roughly half the role is modelling and half is the engineering that keeps models trustworthy after launch.

• Develop hierarchical time-series and demand models for SKU-level forecasting
• Package models as containerised services with versioned artefacts in MLflow
• Run monthly drift reviews and retraining; document every model decision
• Explain model behaviour to non-technical client stakeholders

• 3+ years applying ML to business problems in production
• Solid statistics — you can defend a confidence interval in a client meeting
• Python engineering skills beyond notebooks: tests, packaging, CI
• Time-series or supply-chain forecasting experience preferred
