HR Business Partner

This is a high-contact HRBP role in a frontline-heavy business. You will spend meaningful time at sites, not only at the corporate office, and will own attrition, grievance resolution and compliance for your region.

• Partner with regional ops leaders on manpower planning and productivity
• Own attrition and engagement metrics for 4,000+ frontline associates
• Handle employee relations cases and disciplinary processes correctly
• Ensure statutory compliance across contractor and direct workforce

• 5+ years as an HRBP, ideally in logistics, retail or manufacturing
• Practical knowledge of Indian labour law and contract labour compliance
• Willing to travel to sites roughly 8-10 days a month
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
