Talent Acquisition Specialist — Tech Hiring

You will own full-cycle hiring for engineering, working directly with hiring managers. Northwind keeps an SLA on candidate response times and measures interview experience — closing fast is important, but ghosting a candidate is treated as a real failure.

• Own full-cycle hiring for 8-10 open engineering roles at a time
• Source actively — roughly half our hires come from outbound
• Run structured intake meetings and hold managers to the scorecard
• Keep ATS data clean and report funnel health weekly

• 2+ years recruiting software engineers, in-house or at a specialist firm
• Genuinely good at outbound — you can show your best cold message
• Able to push back on a hiring manager with data
