You will own the content calendar across Instagram and YouTube Shorts, coordinate with 40+ creators, and keep the brand voice consistent. Expect to be on shoots and in the edit, not only behind a spreadsheet.

• Plan and publish a weekly content calendar across channels
• Manage creator outreach, briefs, deliverables and payouts
• Write copy that sounds like a person, not a brand deck
• Report engagement and attributed revenue every fortnight

• 1-3 years running brand social for a consumer business
• Portfolio of content you personally made or led
• Comfortable on camera occasionally
