SEO & Content Lead

Organic is the largest acquisition channel at Kadamb. You will own the roadmap end to end: technical health, information architecture, editorial calendar and the freelancer pool. You will work closely with engineering on rendering, speed and structured data.

• Own organic sessions and assisted enrolment targets quarter on quarter
• Run technical SEO — crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data
• Lead an editorial team of two in-house writers and four freelancers
• Build topical authority through genuinely useful content, not spun volume

• 4+ years in SEO with ownership of a site above 1M monthly sessions
• Comfortable reading a server log and a Search Console export equally well
• Editorial judgement — you can tell good writing from filler
• Experience in edtech, careers or high-volume informational content is a plus
