Product Manager — Merchant Experience

You will own a product area that directly affects churn. The role is discovery-heavy: you are expected to talk to merchants weekly and bring evidence, not opinions, to roadmap discussions.

• Own the roadmap for merchant onboarding, reconciliation and disputes
• Run continuous discovery — a minimum of four merchant conversations a week
• Write clear specs and define success metrics before build starts
• Work with design and engineering through delivery and post-launch review

• 4+ years in product management, at least 2 in B2B or fintech
• Comfortable with SQL and your own analysis
• Strong written communication — we decide in documents
